These Terms govern your use of lcmediagroup.com and the services provided by L.C. Media Group Inc. ("LC Media Group", "we", "us"). By using the website or our services you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide custom software, AI systems, automation, websites, and digital marketing services. The scope, price and timeline of each engagement are defined in a proposal or agreement with the client; if it conflicts with these Terms, the agreement prevails.
2. Text Messaging Terms
LC Media Group sends SMS messages only to people who have opted in. Message types may include project and account updates, appointment reminders, support replies, service alerts and, where you have agreed, offers and promotions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; after you send STOP we will send one message to confirm you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or contact info@lcmediagroup.com or 407-559-8490. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 3. Client responsibilities
Clients provide accurate information and the content, access and approvals needed to deliver the services, and are responsible for having the rights to the materials they provide.
4. Payment
Fees are set in each proposal or agreement. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension of services.
5. Intellectual property
Unless an agreement says otherwise, deliverables become the client's property once paid in full; our pre-existing tools, code libraries and know-how remain ours.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question during the previous three months.
7. Termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in its agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
